Elegance operates exclusively on an appointment basis. We do not accept walk-ins because we do not believe a walk-in model is compatible with the quality of experience we are committed to providing. When you book an appointment, we ensure the right specialist is prepared for you at the correct time with the appropriate products allocated. You may book via WhatsApp, telephone, or through our booking link — and you will receive a confirmation within two hours of your request.
Our bridal packages include a pre-wedding consultation, a full trial session at least four weeks before the wedding day, on-day hair and makeup by a dedicated specialist, and post-service touch-up support for up to three hours. We also offer family packages for mothers of the bride and bridesmaids. Given the limited number of bridal bookings we accept each month, we strongly recommend booking at least three to four months in advance for peak wedding season dates — November through February and April through June fill particularly quickly.
We use only products whose professional certifications and supply chains we have verified. For hair colour and treatment, we work with L'Oréal Professionnel and Wella Systems — purchased exclusively through authorised Indian professional distributors, never secondary market. For nail services, we use OPI and CND Shellac. For skin treatments, our facial protocols use Dermalogica and VLCC Professional clinical ranges alongside Forest Essentials for our spa treatments. If you have a specific product sensitivity, please inform us at the time of booking and our specialist will prepare accordingly.
If any aspect of your service at Elegance does not meet the standard you were promised or that you reasonably expected, please inform us before you leave the salon. In the large majority of cases, we are able to address the concern immediately. Where this is not possible on the day, we will schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment with a senior specialist within seventy-two hours. We do not offer partial refunds as a first response — we offer resolution — but if after a corrective session the result still falls short, we will discuss a partial credit toward a future service.
