Our residential advisory is typically engaged for transactions above ₹1.5 crore; commercial engagements begin at ₹3 crore. Below these thresholds, we are not the right fit — and we will tell you so directly at our first meeting, saving both parties considerable time.
EstatePrime charges a success-based advisory fee that is fully disclosed and agreed upon before any engagement begins. There are no retainers, no upfront payments, and no hidden charges at any stage of the transaction. Our fee is earned only upon successful completion of the transaction — meaning our financial interest is perfectly aligned with yours: we succeed when you do, and not before. The fee structure varies by transaction type and will be detailed clearly during your initial consultation.

On average, a ready-to-occupy secondary market residential transaction closes within 6 to 10 weeks of property selection. Under-construction acquisitions depend on project RERA timelines. Commercial transactions typically require 8 to 14 weeks due to additional legal and lease structuring.
